THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the notion of Defendants,
JOSEPH AMBROSE LA ROCHE and AETNA LIFE AND CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY,
to compel discovery, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, WILLIAM HUTCHINSON,
JR., shall make available for inspection and copying copies of his
Federal Income Tax Returns for the years 1974, 1975, 1977, and 1978;
in the event copies of Plaintiff's Income Tax Returns are not in his
~ possession, he may comply with this Order by furnishing Defendants
' with a ro erl executed authorization addressed to the Internal

' Revenue Service requesting production of those documents and, further,
in the event Plaintiff's Income Tax Returns for the years 1977 and
1978 have not been filed, Plaintiff, WILLIAM HUTCHINSON, JR., shall

provide a profit and loss statement prepared in accordance with
generally accepted accounting practices for each such year that an

Internal Revenue Service Tax Return has not been filed.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Vero Beach, Indian River
County, Florida, this day of May, 1979.
