ORDER
This matter having come on for hearing on the 17th
day of May, 1979, testimony being taken and evidence introduced,
upon consideration it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The plaintiff, MYELLE HOMES, INC., shall hold its
annual meeting on May 23, 1979 at 11:00 a.m. in the model home
occupied by the plaintiff in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
2. The defendants' 14otion to Obtain Property for De-
fendants is granted as to the following listed items, and the de-
fendants are entitled to the return within five (5) days from the
date of this Order of the items numbered on the attachment to the
notion as follows: numbers 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 16,
17, 1.8, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23. Office supplies included in said
numbers are not included in this Order of return. The plaintiffs
are to release said items to the defendants.
