O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on May 17,
1979 on Plaintiffs' motion for temporary relief, and the
Court having heard testimony and evidence presented, upon
consideration, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs' motion for
temporary relief pertaining to the return of certain files
and file folders is granted. The Court Reporter shall make
copies of the files brought to the hearing by the Defendant
on May 17, 1979. The originals of said files shall be re-

~ taining by the Court as exhibits and copies of the files shall

be supplied to counsel for the parties. In the event the
i
i
t Defendant has other files belonging to the Plaintiff corpora-

~ tion or belonging to Myra Bianco, or if the Defendants have
files pertaining to the homes and projects sold by the
Plaintiffs, said files shall be returned forthwith to the

Plaintiffs.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Vero Beach, Indian
