INSURANCE COMPANY, and the Court hating heard argument of
counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss
be and the same is hereby granted and it is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, DEERFIELD CONSTRUCTION

CORPORATION, shall have ten (10) days from the date hereof in
which to file an amended complaint and Defendant shall have
ten (10) days from receipt thereof in which to file a responsive
