ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on the Defendant's,
RESEARCH ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT, INC., Motion to Dismiss and
the Court having heard argument of counsel of the respective
parties and being fully advised in the premises. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Plaintiffs shall file within five (5) days
from the date of this Order a certified copy of the foreign
judgment sought to be enforced.
2. That the Defendant, RESEARCH ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT,
INC., shall have fifteen (15) days from the date of this Order to
file its answer or defensive pleadings.
ORDERED at Vero Beach, Florida this day of May,
