KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FLORIDA HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, A Corpora-
tion existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid by
SOUTHEASTERN HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY A Corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida party of the second part, at•or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage
bearing date May 31, 1979 made by Z~omas W Hoyt and Guadalupe M. Hoyt,
his wife and recorded in Official Records Book f'3a9 Page 3 ~ y
or under Clerk's file number Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flo-
rida, upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being
in St. Lucie County, State of Florida to wit: '
Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, SINDONS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 54, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
This assignment is made without recourse to the Assignor finny event and for
any cause whatsoever. - • ~ =f•••
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE same unto the said party of the second part, its suc-
cessors and assigns forever, the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be signed in its name by .its President and its corporate seal
