is subJect in every respect to the Declaratirn~ ~f Condominium as t~ the condominium
in which his unit is located and Exhibits <~ttached thereto, including but not
limited to (whother the same are attached to the Doclaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incori»ration, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and flour
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Ile-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictirn~s of the Prnperty Owner's Association; and Furchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said ieclaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and Floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
- -every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interacts and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser <1nd all u~.mer, of parcels in the aforedescrihed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached therotn. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said 1)eclaratio,i of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessmenC under the
Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and ecluitab.te, and said Purchaser acknnwl-edges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon tl:e GoTidominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restri-citons of the Prnperty Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
rbligations as to the Property Owner's Asscciatirn~ as to his crnul~minium Parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, rehresrntatious and inducements. if an}•, are
as contained in the aforesaid Ueclaration cif Crnulominium mul Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
