THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 22nd day of May,
1979 upon-the Motion to Dismiss filed by the Defendant, FORT
PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY, and the Court having heard argument
of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
and finding that the complaint states a cause of action against
the Defendant, FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY, but that the
HUTCHINSON ISLAND WATER ASSOCIATION, INC., is ar. indispensable
party to this action; it is hereby
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID as follows:
1. The complaint is dismissed with leave to amend.
2. Plaintiff shall have twenty days from the date of
