HomeMy WebLinkAbout2422 EXHIBIT "A" Together with any and all interest which Mortgagor has in the following described property: The S 25 feet of the E 150 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 26, Township 35 South, Range 38E, all of said land lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. Together with all of the right, title, and interest of the Mortgagor in and to the following described easements: a. All Rights of Way for public roads and drainage canals. b. Perpetual Right and Privilege Agreement for use of open lateral ditch or drain dated February 20, 1956 and recorded March 7, 1956, in Deed Book 211, Page 293, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. c. Right of Way Agreement granting easement to Florida Power & Light Co. dated January 25, 1927, and recorded February 14, 1927, in Deed Book 74, Page 373, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. d. Right of Way Agreement granting easement to Florida Power & Light Co., dated February 3, 1927, and recorded February 28, 1927, in Deed Book 74, Page 429, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. e. Easement for Right of Way purposes dated May 26, 1967 to Ollie B. McCarty, a single woman, recorded in Official Records Book 166, Page 1505, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Together with a security interest which is hereby granted by Mortgagor to Mortgagee in and to the following ~ described collateral now owned or hereafter acquired by I Mortgagor and located on the above described real estate f including, but not limited to, the collateral described on the attached Exhibit "B" incorporated by reference herein ~ and further including all additions, accessions, replacements, F improvements, repairs and substitutions to said collateral and the proceeds thereof. The foregoing grant of the security interest is intended to be within the meaning of the Uniform Commerical Code as adopted by the State of Florida, and Mortgagor agrees to execute and deliver to Mortgagee as Q Mortgagor may be directed by the Mortgagee such financing statements and further assurances as Mortgagee may deem necessary to perfect and preserve the lien hereof on the collateral described herein or intended to be subject hereto, and Mortgagor authorizes such statements and assurances and the Mortgage and Security Agreement to be recorded and rerecorded, filed and refiled at such places and times as s may be required by law to so create, perfect, and preserve the lien hereof against said collateral.
