by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 8th day of December , A.D. 1977,
end recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St . Lucie
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 278 ,Page 1266 ,mortgaged unto SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, its successors and assigns fix.
mortgagee ,the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($55,000.00) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said Mortgagors hie
requested the said SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY to release the premises
hereinaker described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, Tha! the said SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
Ten and No/100 ($10.00) dollars, to it
paid by the said Mortgagors
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said C . A . van
der Lugt and Judith B. van der Lugt, his wife, their heirs and assigns,
all that piece, parcel or trail of land, being a part of the premises comayed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Lot 11, Block B, COUNTRY LIVING ESTATES, UNIT 1, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, page 13, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
