The South 100 feet of the following described property: ,Beginning at
the NE corner of land owned by Mary S. Jennings, in Lot 3 of Section `
32, Township 36 South, Range 41 East; bearing trees to post in bluff,
Palm x.N.31° W.9.8 feet; Palm x S.69°W. 15 feet; thence run S. 67° W.
20.80 chains to a stake on the Shore of Savannah; thence in a North-
erly direction, meandering the said shore to a stake set on the North
line of Lot 3, between the lands now owned by Sara H. Saunders and
property conveyed; thence East along said line 24 chains to the St.
Lucie Sound; thence Southerly along said Sound to where the South
line of said tract herein conveyed intersects; thence S 67° W. to
point of beginning, containing 17.95 acres, less the right of way
of F.E.C. Railway, a strip of 100 feet wide, being 50 feet each
side of the center of the line of said Railway through this property.
Surveyed by the County Surveyor, R.E. Burchfield April 22, 1889, and
this being the same property as conveyed in Quitclaim Deed wherein
Rudolph F.A. Geweri was grantor and Jay D. Jacobus and his wife,
Ethlye K. Jacobus were grantees, dated March 3, 1934 in Deed Book 82,
Page 109, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
