SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN SY THESE PRESENTS, That WE, SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, (formerly ST. LUCIE
COUNTY BANK), a Florida banking corporation, and ANITA
LaPRADE, as Trustee under the Rollen R. Martin Revocable
Trust dated August 3, 1970, the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by LORETTA STAFFORD, KENNETH L.
JACKSON, FRANCIS H. MOATES and BETTY ANN FOREMAN, doing
business as Coastal Demolition Company, to R. R. MARTIN
and JOSEPHINE R. MARTIN, his wife, bearing date the 1st
day of June, 1975, recorded in Official Record Book 240,
page 2029, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing one certain note
in the principal amount of Twenty Thousand and No/100 ($20,000.00)
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in
said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said State
and County described as follows, to wit:
AS SET FORTH THEREIN
hereby, acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the
same of record . -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this instru-
ment to be executed, and the said SUN BANK OF STT,~ LUCIE COUNTY
has affixed hereto its corporate seal, the day of M}j~,.
