The Condominium Parcels kno~rn as Apartments 621D, 625C,
and 623A of Phase II, and Apartment 517A of Phase I, of
HIGH POINT OF FORT PIBRCE CONDOMINIUM SBCTION II
(the "Condominium") according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 304
at Page 1396 through 1508 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida as such Declaration may have
been amended by any amendments thereto hereto filed in
the Public Recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida, including
but not limited to, any amendment to add the aforesaid
Phase to the Condominium (if such phase be other than
Phase I thereof).
