627D, 629A, 629B, 629C, 629D, 631A, 631B, 631C,
631D, 930A, 930B, 930C and 930D of Phase III of
HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CONDOMINIUM SECTION II
(the "Condominium") .according to the Declaration
of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records
Book 304 at Page 1396 through 1508 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida as such Declara-
tion may have been amended by any amendments thereto
hereto filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, including, but not limited to, any
amendment to add the aforesaid Phase to the Condominium
(if such Phase be other than Phase I thereof).
