Petitioner, AMERICAN FLETCFIER NATIONAL BANK R TRUST COMPANY,
alleges:
1. BARBARA E. HELLS, died on August 22, 1978, leaving a
Last Will dated the 24th day of July, 1962, duly executed by
the Testatrix in the presence of two subscribing witnesses,
William F. Hoffman and Miriam Z. Auerbach, ~•~hen she was over the
age of 18 years.
2. Decedent at the time of her death was domiciled in
Hamilton County, Indiana, and owned certain property in the State
of Florida, consisting of real property situated in Collier and
I St. Lucie Counties, having a value in excess of 590,000.00.
3. Decedent's Will was duly admitted to probate and record
in the Circuit Court of Hamilton County, Indiana, on Sc•pt~•t11Lt~r• Z3,
