tive of the above estate, and the Court having determined that
it is in the best interest of the estate that the real property
described as:

a Subdivision according to the Plat thcre~f,
as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
be sold to provide funds for paying costs, expenses and disburse-
ments incident to domiciliary and ancillary proceedings, that the
best interest of the estate will 1)e served by sale of property at
a private sale for the sales price of $5,000.00, it is
