by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 25th day of January A.O., 19 77. and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of $t. Lucie
State of Florida, in 0, R. Book 263, Page 844 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEOERAI
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE end assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of THIRTY SIX THOUSAND AND NO/100-------------------------

AND WHEREAS the said
VINCENT L. MUSARRA and ROSE MUSARRA, his wife

isas hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien end operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGSANO LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar end other good end valuable consideration
dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
VINCENT L. MUSARRA and ROSE MUSARRA, his wife
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby scknowltdged, does remise; release, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
VINCENT L. MUSARRA and ROSE MUSARRA, his wife
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
to-wit:

according to the plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 12, Pages 36, 36A through 36D, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
