formerly Alison Mortgage Investment Trust, (hereinafter .

called "Mortgagee"), Herbert R Campbell and Marilvnn S. Campbell, his
wife
(hereinafter called "Mortgagors", whether one o;: more than
one), and Douglas K Willis and Vonnie M. Willis+ his wife
(hereinafter called "Grantees", whether one or more than _
one).

'i WHEREAS, Mortgagors have given to Allstate Enter-

prises Mortgage Corporation, an Ohio corporation, (herein,
"Allstate"), a certain mortgaye, dated August 2,
197 6, recorded in Official Records Book 256 Page 1228 ,

of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (said
l(I;; mortgage is hereinafter called the "Mortgage"); and

' WHEREAS, the Mortgage secures an indebtedness
