KNOW ALL 2~N BY THESE PRESENTS:
That ROBERT J. GOR_MAN, Personal ?epresentative of
the Estate of u_AUDE EVELYN HPI,STEAD, Deceased, Party
of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One
Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($1,300.00), lawful

COSTELLO CONGDEN, Party of the second Hart, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has rranted, bargained,

27.66 feet of Lot 25, except the
