The purpose of this assignment is to vest 100 ownership of the 3
individual undivided one-fifth (1/5) interests in the aforesaid
mortgage deed owned by the parties of the first part into the
party of the second party, in effect, reversing the action of that
certain assignment of mortgage as recorded in O.R.Book 292, page 1795
of St. Lucie County, records of St. Lucie County, Flotida.
