This conveyance is made subject to:(1) That certain first mortgage
from the GRANTOR herein to First Federal S&L Assoc. of Ft.Pierce,
Fla. in the amount of $22,400.00 dated December 13, 1979 and recorded
in O.R. Book 300 at page 322 of the public records of St. Lucie Co.,
Florida; which said first mortgage the GRANTEE herein agrees to
assume and pay, (2) city and county taxes accruing after December 31,
1978, 13) city, county, and state convenants, restrictions, ordinance
and statutes common to the area in general.
