undersigned attorneys, pursuant to Rule 1.420(a)(1), FRCP, and files
this Notice of its dismissal of the above entitled cause, and the
discharge of the Notice of Lis Pendens filed herein and recorded in
Official Record Book 303 at page 1734 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, all without prejudice.
