BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
RUBY LOTT HAYES who, being first duly sworn, upon oath
says: That my name is RUBY LOTT HAYES that affiant

lives in the immediate vicinity of Lots 10 and 11, Block 3, THE
TROPICS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page
21, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiant has lived
within sight of the above described property for many years and can

state unequivocally that there has never been a home, dwelling or
any type of building constructed on said property. Affiant further
states that neither MARY KATHRYN HOPKINS SMITH nor ELWOOD LLOYD
SMITH ever resided on the above described property as said property
has been vacant and unimproved.
AFFIANT SAYS NOTHING FURTHER.
