State of Florida, in 0. R. Book 282 Page 1023 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the wm of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND AND NO/100---

AND WHEREAS the said
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem•
ices hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one ddlar and other good and valuable consideration

HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit Naim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,

HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. a limited partnership
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lein of said mortgage, and every part there-
of; Provided, always nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise imp~r, alter or diminish the effect,
