EDDIE COLEMAN WEAVER, III, Husband
and
SARA JO WEAVER, Wife
O R D E F
This cause coming on to be heard on May 24, 1979 and the
Court having heard testimony of the parties hereto and their
witnesses, and argument of counsel for the respective parties
and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The above entitled cause is hereby stayed for a
period of ninety days from May 24, 1979 so that each of the
parties may seek counseling in order that a reconciliation may
be effected.
2. Custody of the two minor children, Leigh Weaver
and Keli Weaver, is hereby awarded to the Wife, granting unto

i the Husband reasonable rights of visitation.
k~ 3. The Husband shall notify the Wife forty-eight
i
hours in advance of his intention to have the minor children
t
visit and be with him away from the marital home if he so desires
such visitation.
e 4. The Husband shall continue to pay to the Wife the
sum of $60 each week for the support of the minor children above
3 named, commencing Friday, June 1, 1979.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife, Sara Jo Weaver.
