THIS MORTGAGE DEED executed this day of I"~Y - A.D. 19~~, by
FRANCES W. TAUSCH, an unmarried woman

SAM POMERANTZ AND ROSE POMERANTZ, HIS WIFE
pies of the second put (hereinafter celled "Mortgagee").
WlTNESSETH:
That for divers good and valuable consideratans, and al'o in consideratan of the aggregate sum named in the
promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor dos grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
and convey and coafirnr unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, all of that oertairt tract of land of which the Mortgagor is now
seized and possearcd and in actual possession, situate in S t . Lucie County, Fbrida, described as follows:
Lots 47 and 48 of HILLVIEW SUBDIVISION being a part of the
North 1/2 of North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 and the South 730
feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, all in Section
21, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying between U.S.
Highway No. 1 and State Road No. 605, as recorded in Plat Book
9, at Page 52, of the Public Records of St. Lucie Canty, Florida,
excepting therefrom all rights of way for public roads; together
with the improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and
equipment contained therein.

Together with cell and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywive
appertaining, and also all buildings, structures, additions and improvements. now or at any time hereafter erected thereon,
together with and including all of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and aU plumbing apparatus, fixtures,
appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery, ,
I plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other elevators, including passenger and other elevators, vene~
I blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereafter located in the building upon said land, and ali
other
machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewal or replacement of fixtures,
machinery, appliances and appurtenances originally installed on said premises, in connection with the completion thereof
or in addition thereto. which may hereafter be placed upon the above described land, which said fixtures, machinery, ap-
pliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims
in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a first lien thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or assigned
by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.

And the mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has full power and lawful right to convey
said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon,'
hold; occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as may be herein described; that the
Mortgagor will make such further assurances to perfect the tee simple title to said land in the Mortgagee as may ressolwbly
be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
~ claims of all persons whomsoever.
