Before me, the undersigned authority, on this
day of May, 1979, personally appeared LILLIAN HOLMES
who being first duly sworn, depose and say:
1. That Affiant is the owner of the following
described property:
Lot 2, in Block 5, of ELDORADO SUBDIVISION, ,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 8, at Page 2, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That Affiant was married to ENIIrIETT HOLMES from
a date prior to April 1, 1954, and remained continuously
married from that date up to and including the date of
his death, which occured December 16, 1968, per death
certificate attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. That EMMETT HOLMES and WILLIE EMMET HOLMES is
one and the same person.
Further Affiant sayeth not.
