right-of-way line 208 feet to the point of beginning.
AND

East beginning at a point on the East line of the right of way of
McCarty Road a distance of 2993.4 feet North of the South line
of Section 33; thence run East 850 feet more or less; thence
run North to the North edge of Ten Mile Creek, also known as Canal

the East line of the right of way of McCarty Road on the South
