AFFIDAVIT

Before me the undersigned authority, personally
appeared MIRREOLA IVORY, who first being duly sworn
and cautioned, did depose and say as follows:
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
Lot 26, in Block 3, of PROSPERITY PARK, •
a SUBDIVISION in the North 1/2 of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 55, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. Your Affiant and Affiant's spouse, JOHN IVORY,
acquired title to said property by deed recorded January
27, 1951, in Official Records Book /6d., at Page 559, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Your
Affiant and said spouse were married to each other prior
to the date of said deed and remained married to each
i other continuously until the death of Affiant's spouse,
which occured December 19, 1978, per death certificate
attached hereto.
Further Affiant sayeth not.
