Badcock Corporation, the Plaintiff in the above styled cause,

wherein a judgment was rendered on the 7th day of March, 1969,

in the above named court, for a sum in deficiency of $89.31 as
value for property not recovered against MACK JONES, the Defendant
herein, said judgment being duly recorded in the records of
said court and a copy thereof having been recorded in the
Public Records in Saint Lucie County, Florida, O.R. Book 176, ~
Page Vo. 263, does hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction ;
thereof, and consents that the same shall be satisfied of
record.
