Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared

well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned did
depose and say as follows:
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described
property lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:

2. Your Affiant was married to FRED W. OOLEY and together
with said spouse owned a mortgage from WILLIAM BIIPiNETT AND
FAY BURNE'PT, his wife, to FRED W. OOLEY AND AUGUSTA OOLEY,
his wife, dated March 1, 1971, filed in Officials Records
Book 191, Page 894, securing the sum of $5,500.00, encumbering
the above state property.
3. Your Affiant, AUGUSTA OOLEY, and said spouse, FRED W.
OOLEY, were married to each other prior to the date of execution
and delivery of said mortgage and remained married, each to the
other, until the death of FRED W. OOLEY which occurred on the
4th day of January 19 77, per death certificate
attached hereto.
