that certain property conveyed to St. Lucie County by Quit Claim Deed
and Consent recorded in Official Record Book 168, page 373, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This is a Purchase Money Mortgage and represents the unpaid purchase
price of the above-described property.
In the event that the mortgagors sell the above-described premises, the
aforesaid Mortgage and Promissory Note attached hereto shall become
immediately due and payable.
