Premises - Lessor hereby leases to Lessee the premises t decribed as follows: more particularly The South 1/2 of a building situated on the Southwest corner of Lot 10, Airport Industrial Park, St. Lucie County, Florida i - i 2. Use - Lessee may use the premises for warehousing and ~ a sales of insulation materials. ~ 3. Term and Rent - Lessor demises the above premises for a { term of 1 year, commencing May 1. 1979 and terminating on April s 30, 1980. at 12:00 0' clock A.M., or sooner as provided ~ herein, at the annual rental of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00), payable in twelve equal installments of $500.00 each commencing on the first day of May, X979 and the first of each month thereafter, during the ° term of this lease. All rental payments shall be made to Lessor at i - ! the address specified above. Lessee shall pay the rent as specified herein and in Paragraph No.4 below. 4.
