TINS INDENTURE, made and entered into this -~J^ claay of
1979, by and between SCOTT THOMPSON HOMES, INCORPO-
RA ED, a Georgia Corporation, as party of the first part, and
WILLIAM W. WOLFE, JR., whose mailing address is 515 East 63rd
Street, Savannah, Georgia 31405, of Chatham County, Ceorgia,
as party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S SET H:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS in hand paid at and before
the signing, sealing and delivery of these presents, together with
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed, con-
firmed and delivered, and by these presents does hereby grant, bar-
gain, sell, convey, confirm and deliver unto the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns, the following. described pro-
perty, to-wit:

SUBJECT, to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations
and easements of record; zoning and other regulatory ordinances
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said bargained real estate, together
with all and singular the rights, members and appurtanances thereof,
to the same being, belonging or in anywise appertaining to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part,
a his heirs and assigns, in FEE SIMPLE ABSOLUTE. _
~ AND LASTLY, the said party of the first part, its successors

~ to the said bargained real estate and premises unto the said party
