RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard upon the sworn Petition
filed herein by the Wife seeking a temporary restraining order,
without notice, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, JAMES PHILLIPS, JR., be and he is
hereby restrained and enjoined from molesting, harassing, annoying,
interfering with or using physical violence on the Wife, LILLIE ~
TAYLOR PHILLIPS.
2. That all and singular Sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be
necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order
without further order of this Court.
