STIPULATION
The parties to this action hereby stipulate and agree to
the following terms:
1. That JUDY HENDERSON shall have visitation privileges
with SHERAY LYN PETERMAN, every Saturday, from 9:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M.
2. That each party shall refrain from derogatory remarks
to one another at those times that visitation rights are exercised,
recognizing that such are detrimental to the best interests of the
subject child.
3. That each party requests the Court enter an Order incor-
porating the terms of this Stipulation without a hearing.

ORDER
~ The parties having stipulated to the above terms and
a
conditions, the Court hereby incorporates the provisions of the above
Stipulation, and the parties and each of them, shall, and they are
hereby ordered to, abide by the terms of said Stipulation until further
order of this Court.
