ORDER OF CONTEMPT
After due notice by or to all parties affected, on May 21,
1979, a hearing was held before the Court with respect to the '
matters disposed of by this Order. Having heard all of the
testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises,
it is, adjudged that CLEAVE KINDER had the financial ability

to pay the $500.00 attorney's fee awarded to VINCENT A. LLOYD,
{
ESQUIRE, as attorney of record for the Petitioner in this
dissolution of marriage proceeding, and the Respondent is now

adjudged guilty of wilful contempt of this Court for his wilful
failure to pay said attorney's fee and directed by the Final
Judgment-Dissolution of t~iarriage entered herein. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punistunent for Contempt, the

Respondent herein is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30) days
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing
on June 16, 1979.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself either before or
after incarceration and be released by paying the sum of $10.00
~ plus the costs of the proceeding for enforcement in the amount
~ of $7.50, being payable directly to VINCENT A. LLOYD, ESQUIRE,
at Post Office Box 4382, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. It is
`further provided that this Order shall not be enforced so long
- a~~.the Respondent continues to pay the sum of $10.00 per month
on or before the 15th of each month, until the total attorney's
fee in the amount of $500.00 is paid in full. You and your
duly authorized deputies are therefor,
