ORDER OF CONTEMPT
After due notice by or to all parties affected on May 21,
1979, a hearing was held before fihe Court with respect to the
matters disposed of by this Order. Having heard all of the
testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises,'
it is, adjudged that DONALD THOMAS ELLIOTT, JR, had the finan-
cial ability to pay the $350.00 attorney's fee previously awarded;

by this Court in the Final Judgment-Dissolution of Marriage
entered in this cause on January 22, 1979. The Respondent,
DONALD THOMAS ELI:IQTT, JR., is now adjudged guilty of wilful
Contempt of this Court for his wilful failure to pay the said
attorney's fee as directed. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as his punishment for Contempt,
he is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St.

E Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida commencing the 21st
day of July, 1979.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, the Respondent may purge himself either
~ before or after incarceration and be released by paying the
sum of $350.00, plus the costs of these proceedings in the
amount of $7.50, due as of this date to VINCENT A. LLOYD, ESQUIRE,
Post Office Box 4382, Fort Pierce, Florida. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefor,
ORDERED to arrest the said DONALD THOMAS ELLIOTT, JR., on
said date and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County,
Florida for the execution of the above-described judgment and
sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall
be promptly notified of the arrest.
