Defendant's motion for Protective Order be and the same is hereby granted as to those items sought to be protected from disclosure. 2. That Plaintiffs' motion for Protective Order be and the same is hereby granted in~part. The Plaintiff, SHIRLEY NINES, need not present herself for 'the taking of her deposition any sooner than thirty (30) days before trial. The trial of this E ' cause, having previously been set by order of this court shall remain on this court's non-jury calendar.
