PROTECTIVE ORDER
The parties, having presented themselves before this court
on May 14, 1979, for protective orders one against the other, and
this court having heard the argument of counsel, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED as follows:
1. Defendant's motion for Protective Order be and the same
is hereby granted as to those items sought to be protected from
disclosure.
2. That Plaintiffs' motion for Protective Order be and the
same is hereby granted in~part. The Plaintiff, SHIRLEY NINES,
need not present herself for 'the taking of her deposition any
sooner than thirty (30) days before trial. The trial of this

cause, having previously been set by order of this court shall
remain on this court's non-jury calendar. This court will
entertain any motion by the Defendant for continuance based
~ upon matters disclosed as a result of any deposition of the
Plaintiff within the above described thirty-day period,
DONE AND ORDERED in Martin County, Florida this
