LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO. 79-251 FR IN RE: The Marriage of OLINDO MOLINIA, Husband, and JACQUELINE MOLINIA, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on May 22, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the parties, and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between OLINDO MOLINIA and JACQUELINE MOLINIA be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the i parties and each of them are forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations i ~ arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. The Court awards joint custody to each of the S parties of the minor child of the parties, JAMES JOHN MOLINIA, age 17. The Court makes no exclusive award of custody as to this child due to the age of the child and due to the fact that the child has enlisted in the United States Air Force and will be reporting for duty within two months. 3. PROPERTY. The Court finds that the parties are not the joint owners of any real property. The Court further finds that d ~ all personal property previously jointly owned by the parties has t been amicably divided and the Court ratifies that division of property. 4. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY.
