HomeMy WebLinkAbout2933 wife the sum of $215.00 per month for five years from the date~of
this judgment, and thereafter shall pay to the wife the sum of
$150.00 per month for three years. The first payment shall be due
June 1, 1979, and each subsequent payment shall be due on the first
day of each month thereafter. All payments of rehabilitative
al-imony shall be made through the Clerk of this Court and shall be
accompanied by a $2.00 fee to cover the Clerk's costs herein.
Each of the parties is ordered to keep the Court apprised of his
or her current mailing address at all times. In the event that the
wife remarries, the husband's responsibility for the payment of
rehabilitative alimony as set out herein shall cease.
5. PERMANENT ALIMONY. The Court awards no permanent
alimony to either party.
6. ATTORNEYS' FEE. The husband is ordered to pay to
ROGER N. MESSER, Esquire, a reasonable attorney's fee in the
amount of $500.00 for said attorney's representation of the wife
herein.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
