KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the State of Florida, througA the Bond of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, for
and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS - - to it in hand paid, has remised,
released and quitclaimed and by these presents does remise, release and quitclaim unto L. IVAN HENDERSHOT and
JANET HENDERSHOT, his wife,
their heirs '
and assigns, aU of the right, title, interest, claim and demand arising out of the following reservations, towit:
"AS TO LANDS IN TRACTS OR COMPOSITE TRACTS AGGREGATING TEN l10) ACRES OR MORE: RESERVING unto the
State of I•lorida the title to an undivided one-half of aU petrdeum and petroleum products,. and title to an undivided three-fourths of
aU other minerab which may be found on or under the said land, together with the right to explore for and to mine and de-
velop the same."
"AS TO ALL LANDS, there is reserved unto the State of Florida the title to an undivided one-half of all petroleum and petrolsum
products, and title to an undivided three-fourths of aU other minerals which may be found on or under the said land, together with
the privilege outside any municipality, this date, to explore for and to mine and devNop same. Said privilege to explore, mine and de-
velop is to be conducted on and under lands inside any municipality, this daft, oNy with the consent of the surface owner."
"AS TO ALL LANDS, there is reserved unto the State of Florida the title to an undivided one-half of aU petroleum and petroleum

insofar as said reservations affect the following described lands lying and being in St . Lucie
county. Florida:
Lot 2, Block 13, REGINA PALMS SUBDIVISION, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page
82, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
