RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE CHARTER
OF THE SUN GROVE MONTESSORI SCHOOL, a Private School
WHEREAS, this corporation was given its authorization by

Circuit Judge, ROYCE R. LEWIS on July 10, 1978; and
WHEREAS, this corporation desires to amend their Charter
to include its statement of nondiscrimination in admission of

students as set forth in the proposed amemdments submitted at
this meeting; f

NOW, therefore, be it resolved, that Article III shall be
amended to read as follows:
Article III - There shall be one class of members, and
all members shall be classified as active members.
Membership in this corporation shall be open to any
person who professes a belief in the Montessori method
or has a tuition paying child enrolled in Sun Grove
Montessori School.
The corporation admits students of any race, color,
national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, t
programs, and activities generally accorded or made
available to students at the school. The corporation
employs teachers and other staff persons without regard
to race, color, national and ethnic origin. It does
not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national
and ethnic origin in the administration of its educa-
tional policies, admissions, policies, scholarship and
' loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered
programs.
