FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 4th .day of June, 1979, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES B. RIKE,
and GLORIA J. RIKE, be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHAD DENTON RIKE and DAVID KIRK RIKE,
the minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded jointly to the

E husband and the wife. The children shall reside with the husband or
the wife as determined by the parties to be in the best interest of
the children. Right of reasonable visitation with the minor children
is awarded to the party with whom the children are not residing at any
given time. -
3. SUPPORT. Since the children are now residing with the husband,
no provision for child support is made herein. Right is reserved to
the wife to petition for child support in this cause in the event that
f
either or both of the minor children reside with the wife in the future.
