WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made this the 18th day of May, 1979, by
and between MARGARET LOUISE MpRGAN ALLEN and JAMES ALLL~I, her husband,
parties of the first part, and DONALD J. MiOR~GAN and SHA~JN KAY MORGAN,
his wife, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, parties

WITNESSETHz That the eaid parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the
said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
