The mortgagor covenants and agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions ~
of that certain first mortgage on the above described property executed by ~
Benchmark Construction Company, Inc., in favor of First Federal Savings and ~
Loan Association of Fort Pierce dated 5eptember 14, 1977 and recorded in ~
OR Book 274 page 1043 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
in ~ e original principal sum of $19,900.00 and mortgagor covenants and
agrees~hat he will not permit or suffer any default in respect to any (
of said covenants and conditions of said first mortgage, and any default, '
breach or vialation of auy terms or conditions of said first mortgage shall ~ '
