This Deed is further subJect to the restrictton that the pa~ties acknowledge
and agree that the premises shall be used for the sole purpose of a church complex
and any modiflcation or change in such use will require the consent and approval
of Seller.
The later restriction shall remain in~fuli force and effect for a period of
twenty (20) yea rs from and after the recordation of this Deed.
