This proceeding was heard on the Report of Distribution of
the Personal Representative of the Estate of ERNEST GEORGE SMITH,
deceased, and the Court finding that the estate has been properly
distributed, that claims of creditors have been paid or otherwise
disposed of, and that the Personal Representative should be dis-
charged, and the Court further finding:
~ 1. That ERNEST GEORGE SMITH died on April 5, 1978, and that

; Lucie County, Florida`, and that at the time of his death ERNEST GEORGE

~ SMITH owned 50 shares of stock of the Belden Corporation;

~ of ERNEST GEORGE SMITH on July 12, 1978; ~

~ 3. That ASTRID SVENSDAHL is the only heir at law of ERNEST

~ GEORGE SMITH, deceased, entitled to the assets of the Estate due to

~ all other heirs having assigned their interests in the Estate of
