hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and alt other Wills and Codicils
~ heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
II.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,

both real and personal, wherever situate, whether no~.• owned or
hereafter acquired by me, I devise to my son, LONNIE B. CASSELS,
P.O. Box 783, Fort Pierce, Florida, if living, and if not, to my
daughter-in-law, BETTY CASSELS.
