publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, he reby
revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me at anytime hereto- :

It is my will and I direct that my body be buried in a manne
suitable to my circumstances in life, with Baird Funeral Home
handling the funeral and burial in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, For
Pie rce , Florida . -
. SECOND
It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and funera
expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate.
THIRD
I give,devise and bequeath my home located at 2611 Fairway

~ and any balance of my joint checking account held with PATRICIA J.
